Killibrium is a new death metal project from Mumbai which comprises of Nitin Rajan (Primitiv) on vocals, Keshav Kumar (ex-Devoid guitarist) on guitars, Mihir Bhende (Cosmic Infusion) on drums and Suvajit Chakraborty (Hoffman Code) on bass. The band was formed two years ago and after ardent jams the band has finally released their debut single called Mental Illusion on YouTube via Transcending Obscurity. The song starts of with a slow intro riff immediately followed by colossal sound that will destroy anything in its way. The riffs in the song are a combination of brutality of Morbid Angel and technicality of Millennium era of Monstrosity. Keshav Kumar who has been out of the scene for a little while is back with a bang. The technical bass solos between the riffs takes the song to another level. The vocals in the song sound monstrous, Nitin Rajan has time and again proved to be one of the best death metal vocalist in the country. Mihir Bhende one of the fastest drummer in India has done justice to this songs with his brutal blast beats, fast paced double bass and technical drums patterns. Overall, the song is influenced by the likes Origin, Beyond creation and Nile. So if you are a fan of these bands then you are in for a treat.
